The face behind Homemade Energy

It started early on. Even as a child, I (Ridvan Gürsoy, founder of Homemade Energy) loved to play with technical toys. So it was obvious that I completed my first internships at a specialized electrical company. Since engineering has always really attracted me, the choice for the entrepreneurial academy in the field of electrical was therefore quickly made.

In 2014, I was prodded through a business client whether I was interested in joining the solar panel industry. And that turned out to be a good choice in hindsight. After more than 7.5 years as a sales representative and sales manager in the solar panel industry, I felt the time was right to seek a new challenge and take the next step in my career.

Due to my experience and knowledge and especially interest in entrepreneurship, I decided to start for myself. And in March 2022, I started as an independent entrepreneur in the renewable energy industry with my own company Homemade Energy.
